About me

Annarella translates to "Little Anna" a term of endearment my parents called me.  I feel truly blessed to have taken the leap of faith and even more blessed that it is successful.

I have always loved to cook and realized I had a passion for baking, especially biscotti. I would give them as gifts to family and friends, with them always commenting I should open my own bakery.  

It became clear that it was a treasure that had to be shared. 

With the support and encouragement from my mother, husband, and dearest friend, my company was born.
